Abstract
details the application of Al Carter's 1850 service transmission platform TSS-5 single board controller function and MSP430 MCU in FIN products. TSS-5 system adopts the MSP4 30 single chip microcomputer as its general single board controller, single board controller is mainly used for monitoring the external voltage, current, detecting the slot number, control panel LED lamp, download the FPGA firmware, external control voltage, monitoring single board latch state and advocate board the communication. Research results show that the MSP430 has been successfully applied in TSS-5, bring a lot of advantages for TSS-5 products, such as high reliability, low power consumption, flexible control architecture, low cost, easy to maintain and upgrade.
